The Do's
DO pick up wristbands before the festival
DO come with cash or be ready to use ATM
DO make friends in line if you wait to buy ticket on fest day
DO wear sunscreen
DO bring your own water bottle
DO bring your portable charger
DO bring a blanket
DO bring a backpack or purse
DO bring food if for medical purposes
DO bring your service animal (No other pets allowed)
DO carry the little ones in a stroller or wagon
DO carry an umbrella—it’s south Louisiana, it might rain!
DO make a social media reel at the Synergy Bank Social Spot
The Dont's
DON’T bring any glass items (containers, bottles, etc.)
DON’T carry any weapons (knives, guns, etc.)
DON’T bring your pets (Service animals are allowed)
DON’T bring any drugs or drug paraphernalia
DON’T bring a cooler
DON’T be disruptive or disorderly!
Additional Rules
All bags are subject to a search by security official. Any persons found to be in possession of a weapon or illegal substances will be subject to a criminal investigation and immediately evicted from the event without refund.
Any attempt to enter with prohibited items is subject to confiscation and will be asked to leave.
Any items that can be used as a means to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd, and/or inflict damage to people and goods are prohibited.
Entry & re-entry
Attendees must enter and exit the festival via one of our entrance gates. Security will be monitoring barricades. Once admitted into the festival, persons are allowed in and out of the festival as long as they are wearing their official Bayou King Cake Festival bracelet.
Alcohol
Guests will be asked to show identification at the bar.
Wristbands will be given to those 21+.
